Mohammed Musa, known by his pen name Purnam Allahabadi was a Urdu poet. He was born 1940 in Allahabad, India. He settled in Karachi after partition but later on moved to Lahore due to family disputes. There he lived in a single room flat at the renowned Anarkali Bazaar. Besides writing song-lyrics for Indian an Pakistani movies, he was famous for writing the popular Sabri Brothers Qawwali "Bhar do jholi" and "Tajdar e haram"(Atif Aslam). "Iss Shane Karam Ka" Nusrat Fateh Ali Qawwali in film Kachay Dhagay.
